of course they will follow suit, can you imagine any scenario whereas any line will sail from a North America port and others will sit??

Yes.  Disney cruises  mostly out of FL.  I fully expect the rest to follow suit very soon.  Not surprised at all, which is why we cancelled our Nov b2b cruise just prior to final payment date.  I have deposits for 6 future cruises starting in May next year already tied up with them and decided to not give more for now.
