Crown Princess and sister ships aft cabins

Hi, have wandered over here to the Princess Boards to ask for you help. My post on the P&O site reads as follows and, as Ventura is the sister ship to Crown Princess etc I thought you may be able to help me out. Many thanks 🙂

Hi, we are tempted to book a cruise on Ventura for August 2022. Sadly the aft cabins we really want are not available so we are left with cabins that may have that horrid beam down them. I think the ones available are B755 and B745 and we think that they are beam free. Can anyone give us any tips to help us out ? 🙂

Hi, thanks for this - this sort of confirms what we had seen on other images. I suppose we want to make doubly sure ! The last time we were on Ventura we hated the cabin (D114) so don't want to make the same mistake. We had B749 on Azura and loved it. Thank you for this 🙂

The beams on the Princess ships had never been an issue for us and we have sailed in those cabins many times

Hi do you mean the cabins we have noted or have you had ones with a beam ?

These cabins are very nice. If I am not mistakes they are like comfort+ cabins for you to enjoy. Perfect positioning, perfect service. Very quite and cozy. The view is awesome and very comfortable. I would enjoy to be there so much

I have often cruised in staterooms with the “dreaded” beam and never had a problem except for once clunking my head. Clumsy me

We've sailed in full aft suites with the beams a number of times. Those are our favorite full suites.

We would never avoid an aft beam cabin (sometimes the shade is good), but much prefer the aft corner cabins and book those on Baja and Caribe, plus Riviera on Ruby and Aloha on Diamond/Sapphire.

We no longer want Aft Vista suites on Caribe - 2 beams are two too many.
