My room still isn’t ready yet. They said 30mins so I went to friends room and hung out. Now they say they still have to dry the floor so they asked me to hang out here.

The rooms look about like what I remember, but it does look like they've done some nice upgrades to the outdoor part of the hotel.

They are upgrading the B hotel front desk now. This is the B unique front desk area. Friends room is B. My room is B unique. I think mine may end up a little better.

I was checking in with Trip Advisor Cozumel forum.  I check it out regularly just to keep up with things going on.  

Anyway, there seems to be some issues with some establishments over charging the tourists.  

Most places have a menu in us dollars and another in pesos.  The menu in us dollars can have quite an increase in prices.  Also be aware if you ask a taxi driver for recommendations they will try to get you to go to where they get a commission.
