Any hand made medallion accessories?

I was hoping that with medallion rolling out on all the ships we would get some new ways to wear them but it doesn't look like it. I hate the plastic bands and the bangle is just awkward. Has anyone found independent people who make medallion accessories?

I wear beaded lanyards - have for years - and just clip the whole little plastic medallion holder to the beaded lanyard. Or if I'm wearing slacks with pockets I just pop the medallion in my pocket - lol.
