If they offer flights during that time, or even earlier, then yes.

This question was recently asked about a late morning flight from CPH and here is that thread expressing opinions…it appears to be encouraging for you. A few years ago we arrived at CPH so early for our late morning flight that we had to stand in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting for our airline’s check-in counter to open. You might consider checking about the hours for your airline.

No trouble; especially if you get an early walk off and taxi.

In 2019 our Baltic cruise ended in Copenhagen.  We booked the air through EZAir and had a 9:25am departure.  We just requested first off the ship.  We walked our own bags.  Got in a taxi and got to the airport in plenty of time.
