If it is true that subsequent tests on land were negative, it would mean that the HAL showed a false positive.

 

We have no idea is once showing positive if HAL ran a 2nd test to confirm the first or not.

I watched the YouTube. She states she was tested at home and still has antigens.  Nothing about it being falsified. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that the antigen test showed she still had antigens. But she grabbed a purple bracelet which everyone knows is for those vaxed. Instead of returning it, she kept it. Her words. Then she had a rapid test which was positive. Could've been a false positive so was asked to take the nasopharyngeal swab test. Here's where she went off track. She refused. So removed. My issue: she should not obtain a refund & future cruise. She should take that up with her trip insurance

 

It really doesn't matter if future tests show that RCCL rapid test was a false positive happens). The issue is: do unvaxed cruisers have the right to refuse nasopharyngeal swab test? I contend that the contract she signed gives RCCL the right to demand that test or disembark at the next port

She states she asked for the bracelet for unvaxed cruisers while checking in and verified that she was given the appropriate bracelet (despite knowing that unvaxed don't get one).

 

Ok. (1) RCCL or the port screwed up. But (2) security found her, (3) isolated her, (4) had the 1st test performed, (5) sequestered her waiting for results, (6) escorted her off when the more definitive test was refused. 

 

Clearly there's an issue with step 1. Additionally she should be added to multiple lines NO CRUISE LIST. I don't want to run into her on Carnival. Princess is just too quiet for her so I'm safe here
