MSC Divina embarkation time 4 hours after ship leaves

I am looking for some guidance.  My wife and I are sailing on Divina from Port Canaveral on September 26.  When I pull up my online account and booking I see that I have been assigned an embarkation time of 8:59 PM (not AM).  The website also states that the ship leaves at 5:00 PM.  So based on the information I can see on the website I will be checking in 4 hours after the ship leaves.  I called MSC customer service for help and was kind of blown off being told to submit a contact form/email, and I did that four days ago.  I still have not received a response from MSC, other than they have received my request.

This is our first time on MSC.  We wanted to try a different cruise line for a change, and so far I am not impressed.  I understand that with Covid processes will be different, but I need to know exactly what is expected of me by being provided with information that makes sense.  So far I don't have that.

Is anyone else having these issues with MSC?  Is there a higher power I can contact to get some help?

Thanks for the assistance.

Yes.  And no, you've probably been given the MSCExistingReservations@MSCcruisesusa.com address.  It's obviously a glitch in their website and there's not much the customer service people can do until that is fixed.  Are flights involved?  Getting a more specific arrival time would be nice but luckily you're relatively close to Port Canaveral and have two months to pin down a more specific arrival time.

We are on same sailing and reported same thing on a thread the other day. Must be system glitch.

I'd say 50% chance someone will help,, but maybe.  I'd expect it to  automatically get fixed.

I personally would show up anytime you want. When they ask for your time, show them the 8.59pm and laugh it off. Its their problem, not yours.

My bet would be that you won't be waiting long to embark.

I have the same issue on my 9-26 Divina sailing. I'm just going to show up when I get there and wait if I have to.

Me too but mine is in military time 20:59 for the Divina Sept 26 cruise!
