Elite complimentary drinks- where, when?

We just disembarked from Oasis and the diamond tier offered 4 free drinks at anytime anywhere everyday.

the last time we sailed celebrity we had to use the elite pre dinner lounge to get them..

For those who have sailed post covid what is the current procedure to get our complimentary beverages

We are taking Silhouette in Jan

It has been posted that the CC HH is currently no longer held in the Sky Lounge in the evenings. You will have unlimited CC HH drinks at most bars/lounges from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Hopefully 2022 the CC HH will be back in the Sky Lounge. And if AI is still around some may not even attend the CC HH in the Sky Lounge if it's brought back.

Most bars, including Sky lounge 5-7 pm. 
I have attached the menu, which has been posted elsewhere on Cruise Critic. There are some Premiun drinks on it

Oasis class spoiled us as it was ANY beverage in ANY bar except bionic and rising tides

so, there was not a list of restricted beverages.. but again what we were used to in past cruises

No, the only choices are the ones in the photo in post #3, unless you have become very good friends with a bartender.   Then again, I have not sailed since February 2020 so things might be different post COVID.

Basically AI has destroyed the Elite event. Choose from either menu, in practically any bar.  Currently the event in Sky Lounge is cancelled due to covid.

We like going to the Elite Event even when we have the PBP. I'm there for the food and the people.

That's pretty great of RCL to do that, I may consider giving them a try now that I know this.
