So, since the ship is now over 50 capacity is the Windjammer open for dinner?

The Windjammer is not yet open for dinner.  I found a more accurate count, I think, 2,464 pax.

RC must not want me to answer.  I get knocked off their service when I to submit.

40% thats a nice ratio..not too busy and yet enough for a good vibe.  Hope we get so, lucky later in the month.

Enjoy your cruise and appreciate all the info..

Can you find out if flight will be on your cruise? Or when will they have the first show of flight?

thanks for all the picture’s.

The Cruise Director (Brian Leavitt) told me they're scheduling "Flight" to return on the Oct 9 sailing.  🙂

When talking to C+A earlier this week they said 45% to 50%.  They must not be at their determined capacity because they were still selling rooms plus there was canceled rooms.

When they brought it to the table I thought it was escargot too.  It's actually scallops in butter and garlic.  I couldn't remember why I stopped eating scallops a long time ago so I tried them.  I could hardly taste the scallops but I enjoyed dipping the bread in the butter and garlic.

First cocktail, water. 😁

Bay scallops have little taste, to me. Fir a while, Royal said they couldn’t get snails, so they substituted scallops. I hope that’s not the case again!
But yes, bread dipped in the butter and garlic is delectable.

The had no taste.  I won't get them again.  I didn't notice escargot offered but maybe in the BDR our 4th night.  I will see.

There seems to be more around the pool today.

But it might  be the high winds we are having.  Notice the upper deck is empty.  It's closed right now so more are sitting on the first deck.

But they left deck 17 open.  The wind tried to blow me down the steps but it wasn't bad on the deck.

When I was taking pics off our balcony, the wind almost blew my phone out of my hand.

Now that would be bad. That's a pretty strong wind.

Remember we were wondering if there were mask police. After being outside we walked in to go to the elevator. Again I forget about my mask.  As I was waiting security walked toward us, looked at me, then walked away.  Didn't say a thing. That's when I remembered to put it on.

Linda got some of these face mask lanyards. They might be something you could use. I wouldn't be surprised if they have them in the Royal store.

I hate it when they close outside decks down.🤨

It really doesn't make since to leave the highest and more exposed deck open and then shut down the other.  I do remember a Mexican Riviera cruose where it was so windy they shut all outdoors down for an afternoon.  That's the only time I remember it being needed.

Looks like a great day for r&r at the pool deck, other than the wind.

Are they limiting the amount of people allowed in the pool?

We were not around the pool.  We usually do hot tubes but haven't been. Yet. We just enjoyed laying out then walking around the ship.  We are Coastal Kitchen right now.  We are by a window watching the lightning and rain.  Actually nice.  We are waiting for desert.

Loving your review.  Looking forward to more.

Just curious.  Were passengers "supposed" to be masked waiting on line in the terminal?  Many weren't and were not practicing social distancing.  Were there separate lines for vaxxed folks?

The "crowd" at the pool area looks like the perfect amount of people.  It must be brutally crowded at full capacity.

You look like you're having a great cruise so far.  Carry on!

My first dinner at Coastal Kitchen.  We enjoyed the lunch and were looking forward to dinner.  This night's menu attracted us with Lobster Salad and grilled Ribeye.

The Lobster Salad was good.  I would have enjoyed it more with some melted butter.

Then I ordered a medium rare Ribeye. I have to admit that it is hard for me to enjoy a Ribeye away from home.  This Ribeye might of been a 1/4 inch thick.  The TA's Ribeye was twice as thick!  😂. It was tender but I say it a little below average.

I enjoyed the desert.

Olive spread was real good.

And we enjoyed the view.  Later it started lightning and raining which was neat.

I had higher expectations.
