I’d like to book the Tryptic package but we don’t care for Sushi will they let you swap out and do another restaurant?

If you are worried about trimethylamines, you are not on NCL and the seafood will not smell.

If you are asking about a combo pre-booked specialty dining room package my guess would be NO, that you cannot sub out (b/c Butcher's cut is WAY more expensive now)

I asked this very question on board.  The answer was NO.
