I think once Vaccinated, the rest like testing should ease back a bit.

Canada has dropped the testing requirement to enter. It will be easier unless you are flying home. In that case, you still face the risk of quarantine if the test required to board your flight is positive.

nope I am just on a ship in and out of Victoria.

Won't get tangled with Vancouver this year.

But I am doing a New England Canada cruise too with two stops in Canada.
