I think it’s the second ship that was just started is going to be scrapped.

The first one Global dream is going to operate out of Singapore.

I wonder who thought of the great idea of 9000 passengers on a ship?  You only had to have visited any port with a number of mega ships in port at one time to know that was a crazy idea.

Global Dream II is not much more than a keel, so it is more of a cancelled build than a ship being scrapped.
