I believe they have both.. But there are fewer  3:2 ..... and those have a higher minimum bet

Correct, as of May the 3:2 tables were $25 minimum. I am not sure if things have changed since.

I remember some table on Radiance is 3:2 and the min bet is $10. But, but, house takes out all the kings.

You're likely referring to Carnival's "Fun 21" game which is similar to Spanish 21.

While not as good as a regular 3-2 blackjack game, with proper strategy (including proper early surrender strategy), the game can be brought to less than a 1% house advantage.

Last month on the dream they increased minimums on craps to $10. I was pissed, apparently a few others were too because they had just gotten off vista (or maybe breeze?) and it was still $5.

that is a big jump for craps, table was never full or even close to it. Ruined the vibe and the community feel to a fun table.

$25 blackjack is 3:2 but those tables usually have limited hours.

They don't get a lot of action at those tables (on many sailings), but will open one -- at least that's been my experience lots of times.

Was $5 on Horizon a few weeks ago.  Table was packed every night.  I thought I remember $10 from time to time.  Was it maybe a premier or ultra cruise and maybe they upped the minimums.
