Christmas

It is usually done on the first turn around day in December.  An outside company comes on board and does it all before sail-away.  Decorations are usually taken down on the first turnaround day after New Years. ,

It is usually done around the turnaround day after Thanksgiving.

I have sailed on Thanksgiving week cruises and it goes up right when we are getting off. I have also sailed the week after Thanksgiving and it is usually done during that cruise.

Not sure how yours will work out.

we also sail Thanksgiving week, but on the CB - we will decorate our door for Thanksgiving upon arrival, then change to Christmas either Thanksgiving night or that Friday morning.

Yeah, we're "those people" when it comes to doors

What's it like.. Christmas Eve and Day out there at Sea?  Lots of lights or trees on the ship?  We'll be on Ruby Princess from Galveston Texas.  Anyone know what the shows like?  Rudolph and friends?

Is Christmas the only day they make it snow in the Piazza?

Last year we had snow on Lido deck during COVID. It only happened when Santa came on Christmas.

On previous cruises - it snowed multiple times in the Piazza.

And what time of day or night was that?

I'm thinking around 8 PM in the evening??
