superuser83 Posted September 13, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2022 Hello, I've just booked a P2 suite on QV for a 4 nights cruise for our anniversary. I've the possibility to upgrade to a QG panoramic suite for an extra 300 £. Is there a big difference between PG and QG? In the restaurant, are the menus really different? Thanks for your help! Rare Se1lad Posted September 13, 2022 #2 Share Posted September 13, 2022 £300 per person or £300 in total? If it's in total I would go for it. You'll get a bigger suite, free bar with wine or spirits in your suite and also have the ability to order off menu in the restaurant if you want to.

If you search on Cruise Critic you will find several threads that will give you an idea of some of the things you can order off menu in Queen's Grill.

Queen's Grill is all round a lovelier experience than PG (which is very nice, also). Bigger cabin; some drinks in cabin included; butler; wider menu; more attentive service. I'd jump at the offer if it were me. Oh, plus a full bottle of champagne in the cabin on arrival in QG rather than the Pol Acker in PG. johng75370 Posted September 13, 2022 #7 Share Posted September 13, 2022 (edited) I would go for it….we were recently on QV in Queens Grill for a 4 night voyage in an aft cabin (8181), and were delighted by the extra cabin space, the stocked bar, champagne welcome bottle, and especially the Queens Grill restaurant itself. No question we would have been happy with Princess Grill, but at that amount for an upgrade I would do it. exlondoner Posted September 14, 2022 #8 Share Posted September 14, 2022 QG cabins are so much better shape and so much more spacious.
