I'm just still getting the reloading of the log in page on the website.  App still only shows some basic items and not actual cruise.  And, only 4 circles/links at the bottom (no check in for example).

I would say zero. People would / I would purchase cruise or other stuff tomorrow. One day doesn’t change decisions . It’s not knee jerk purchases

Royal Caribbean has one of the worst apps/sites of any business I've ever seen. I've had several problems over the past few months. They need a major overhaul.

I called and ask about it (trying to create an account for a friend failed) and they said the same.  They also said they were upgrading the website and that's the reason it's not working.  Pffft.  Lies.

RCCL and Celebrity share IT resources. Somebody in the Celebrity thread called this afternoon and was told the site would probably be back up "sometime tomorrow".

 

There are a few different sections in any large corporate IT web. One section or another might work or might just look like it's working. I would not trust doing anything important in the app or anywhere until the whole shebang has been restarted.

I can now (9:06 p.m.) log in to my account.  I am unable to use the cruise planner for two of my three cruises, and still can’t see my set sail pass for one of them.
