Royal App problems?

For some reason, when we look for next cruises on the Royal app, nothing is showing up.

 

They all show up via the website- just the app is not working.

 

Actually- sometimes they show up for a brief moment, then then all go away.

Same here.  Maybe they're performing some type of database or system upgrade.

thanks for checking- we were concerned that it was something on our end.  But sorry that you are having issues, too.

FWIW, mine only shows the upcoming cruise.  Not worried, they'll sort it out.

The same problem is happening in both the Royal and Celebrity app.

They always do maintenance on the weekend. 

 

With that said be sure to check for updates in your app store.

I am missing 3 of my reservations as well. I’m sure they will show up soon.

Same issue with Celebrity's app. Our March cruise is still there, but our October cruise has vanished. The only one I care about currently is the March cruise.

One of the many reasons we refer to it (lovingly of course) as the Royal crApp.
