Cucina del Capitano - still free for lunch?

I'll be sailing next month on Carnival Magic.  I was under the impression that Cucina del Capitano was free for lunch, but Carnival's website is showing it as added fee.  Does anyone have recent experience and would be willing to shed some light on this?

It's also not the Cucina menu. It's a pasta bar where you  pick your pasta/toppings etc.

It's not Cucina del Capitano for lunch. It's the Captain's pasta bar I think it's called. Similar to how Jiji's is not Jiji's for lunch, it's Mongolian Wok.

Lunch at Cucina is included. On Celebration, it is Cucina for lunch. I think that might be a trend as Carnival like's branding.
