It is impossible to get through customer service! I call in the morning and put my number to get a call back and it’s either really late into the day that I get a call or none at all! Anyone else?? Is there a secret number to call? 😂


DISREGARD THIS POST. of course after I posted, I got a callback and the best CS rep I’ve spoken to. He was like “Ma’am, on board credit is exactly how it sounds. You can use it on board only.” So pretty much, I’ll have crap times for specialty dining, since I have to wait to reserve. There aren’t any for the steakhouse as of now. Wahhh!

The exception is that you can use OBC to book shore excursions before boarding. Also, you can go ahead and make your reservations for specialty dining so you get your preferred dates and times; then your CC will be credited once onboard and you have been to that restaurant.

Don’t panic about specialty dining. We never reserve space in advance and have always been able to talk to the manager for that restaurant and get times. They do not reserve every table at every time pre cruise   They also keep tables available so they can comp them to casino guests etc.

but they do... You can purchase Plus or Premier for guests 3 and 4 separately. Although, I wouldn't buy it for minors, because it's not worth the money unless they actually drink 15 alcoholic drinks per day. Which they don't.

So, you thought a drink package for an adult would also cover the drinks for a minor? That's not how packages work.

and yet, we we boarded the CB and went directly  to try to book Ultimate Balcony - not available - ok, how about Crown - all booked for cruise - Sabatini's? - first night only

 

this was onboard - not pre-cruise

I think you mentioned you bought the premium package so you should see a portion of your screen stating you have credit for 2 specialty dinners pp for those that have that package, making that 4 dinners you can reserve.  it’s highlighted in green, as I recall  …
If not, you may need to call.  No secret number but you may be able to go through the Chat feature online.  
 

Also, I hate to say it but when you cruise, $200 is not very much onboard credit.  You can easily use it without even trying.
