drinks on us promotion

Does anyone know with the drinks on us while playing in casino promotion how it works? If you get a free drink while in casino does it go against your cheers package? Thanks in advance

Well, you are only allowed 15 drinks regardless of how you get them, so you might as well consider that a yes.

I had both (cheers and free in casino) on a recent December cruise. After I flagged down a drink server (an unusual effort), I gave extra tip ($2 first drink, $1 subsequent drinks). They then came back to me very regularly. Even offered to come back with a refill in 5 minutes (the time limiter between package drinks).

My usual M.O. is to identify a bar waiter on the first day of the cruise and make friends. We take care of each other for the duration of the voyage. I tip generously and they keep my drink filled when they see me at my table/machine.

Even I have had great service at the table games with drink on us and I usually only water with maybe one alcohol drink per day.  I do tip a $1 per water.  I find the servers will seek me out.

Not true.  I get frequent drinks with the casino DOU perks..just tip

I've never had a problem getting drinks in the casino.  Possibly when it first opens after a port and it's crazy busy, but other than that, when my drink gets about half, the next one's on the way.  

 

And I order a bottle of water with each booze drink.  Never had a problem with double delivery and nope, never been charged.
