old Captains Club points....retrievable?

Sorry if this has been answered...can't find.   We had a couple of X cruises many years ago, and they don't even show up anywhere.   Are those points gone forever?

As long as you have your Captain's Club number or something showing you cruised then yes.  You also should login to your account on line.  The quite possibly are there.

You might need to provide proof. An old invoice, a sea pass card, even a welcome aboard photo of you as you entered the ship as long as it has the ship name and date on it

There was a time when you had to join the Captains Club, it wasn’t automatic.  And it cost $35.  So you probably have to find some sort of proof.  Any of those gangway pics wit ship name and date…. EM

We had this issue for an early cruise on the Meridian, which was later sold. I had a picture of us in front of the ship clearly showing the name and after providing that to CC we were awarded the points (however pitiful they may have been).

Suggest you call and speak directly to CC.  See if you are in their computer.  

 

Happened to us on a different line and found out our name was misspelled in their records.  Once corrected our points appeared.
