Crown & Anchor status/points not showing

It's been doing this for a while. Is anyone else getting this message?

I was having that issue recently, but I figured it had something to do with the next tier I was achieving. Thought maybe they were doing something with it. Wasn’t sure if that was it or if others were having the same problem. Looks like I wasn’t alone.

I was having this problem also - there are several threads here that indicate MANY have been having this problem.

 

Log into RCCL -- go to your profile -- erase your C&A number, and then re-type it in again and then save.

 

Took me a few tries to realize I didn't need to save a blank space but to just re-type it in and save. 

That should do the trick.

Same here.  Issue is with both Royal and Celebrity.  Guess I will try the above hack and see if that works.

For others with the same problem...the first time I tried the above instructions it didn't work. I needed to log all the way out, open a new tab and log back in again, then my points were viewable. Thank you @Snoopycollector!

I had that happen a few weeks ago.  It's due to a glitch in the system.  Copy your Crown And Anchor number, delete it from your profile, and then add it back in and you should see your points.
