Laundry service - wash and dry temps

Is there a variety of wash and dry temps for clothes for laundry service?  

 

Or is it only Hot wash, Hot dry ?

Hi - Yes, there is a variety of wash and dry temps. I wrote on the laundry sheet on my recent cruise if certain clothes needed a cold wash, low dry, special handling, etc. and clothes were perfectly washed/cleaned per my instructions.

Last time we got to cruise on HA, December 2019, they also pressed clothes with the Laundry Package.  Does anyone know if that is still the case?

Clothes sent for washing/drying are also pressed prior to being returned. There is a separate package for 'pressing only' clothes.

We do not worry with that and all our clothes come out perfect. We just check them on the list, bag 'em and off they come back all clean, ironed and wrapped in tissue in a basket.

On the laundry form there is a special instructions area - that's where I note my wishes.

I always write cold water , low heat if the load incudes nice tops. But that said, occasionally I forget and have never had an issue. I love that they iron everything ..I think they even press  socks as I detect a crease.

Is the pressing also included if you do just a few bags of laundry? Does everything come back in hangers?

It doesn't matter whether you have unlimited laundry or pay by the bag. You can check whether you want items returned on hangers or not. Even if you request hangers, socks, nightgowns and underwear will be returned folded in a basket and wrapped in tissue.
