We are booked on Enchantment and booked lunch at Chops.

With all the changes going on can you order 2 appetizers (eg, WILD MUSHROOM SOUP and the Wedge) and 3 sides with your entree?

Only 1 desert.

There is nothing on the sample menu that has any limits.

Not sure if there are 3 sides I'd want.

Recent dining had" Mashed potatoes, Tator Tots, Mac N Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Sautéed Mushrooms, Asparagus, and a Baker.

Wild Mushroom Soup was good.  Lobster Bisque not so much.

IIRC, desserts were Cheesecake (pretty good), Warm Chocolate Cake and Apple Tart. Might have missed one.

No limit on apps and dessert.  One entrée included.  Enjoyed a great Chops lunch a few weeks ago n the Anthem.  We ate well this cruise, and the best item the entire cruise (for me) was the Chops mushroom soup.

Dan

aw yes it was rather good.

And I learned a particular salad with apples was only on the dinner menu, but outside the restaurant they did not display a lunch menu.  So I argued if it is on the menu outside, I want it.

After complaining twice, the chef came out and smiled and said, "Lady I make it for you no problem".

I made sure to tip him and it was delicious too.

Ambiguity can lead to so many unintended situations. I understand your situation and glad that it worked out good for you and resultantly your response for the service.
