CCL shareholder extended?

The current PDF for CCL shareholder benefits says its for sailings by July 31, 2023. I submitted a request for an August sailing and haven’t heard back from them. Usually it’s a fast response. Does anyone know if the Board extended these benefits for cruises starting August 1?

I went onto the Carnival Corporation website and it says it’s been extended.

Yes, we sent in request last Thurs, & we received email confirmation on Fri for our upcoming Aug 26, 2023 HAL cruise.

Here's the email reply:

"Thank you for contacting Holland America Line in regards to your Carnival Shareholder benefit. Holland America Line has applied the shipboard credit amount of $100.00 to your reservation _____, and it will be credited to your onboard account upon embarkation."

I read here the fax number on the newest form was wrong, if I remember correctly.  I used a previous for for a trip in the fall and got confirmation the same day.

The document that @Cruise Suzy posted has the corrected fax number. HAL was fairly quick with the correction. The HAL rep  told me that the old email might still work but could take longer since it is a general email address whereas the new one that @Cruise Suzy posted goes directly to the shareholder group and should get a faster response.

Thanks for the info. I submitted to the email address from the new PDF and got a response for all 3 of my upcoming cruises within 2 hours.

I submitted my request last night to the new address and received a response several hours ago. I put the booking number in the subject line. Maybe that helps.

Does Holland America have a pdf form to fill out? I know that Princess has a pdf form that we used on our last cruise with them.

I also confirmed with my TA that my HAL account reflects the OBC. I always confirm before the cruise since having the front desk on the cruise sort it out is a challenging experience.

Looking at buying my 100 shares.Have been doing lots of on line research and it sure doesnt sound great for CCL. Very high debt and huge interest payments,most investments firms dont think they will survive without some kind of a restructure.With covid refunds,casino offers, etc.full ships dont necessarily mean things are on a better path, Thoughts.

I paid a little over $700 for 100 shares a few months back.  Already received $600 OBC applied on previous & upcoming HAL, Princess, Carnival cruises.  So will break even on our next P&O booking...

I bought 100 shares about 12 years ago. Paid over $4100.  I stopped counting the OBC after I received over $6000. Another $1000  for this year coming up. I use it on Princess, HAL and Seabourn.

We too have had our stock for many years and use the benefit on Princess, HAL and Seabourn.  I counted back as far as I could find documentation and saw we'd received well  over $10,000 in OBC and lots of dividends.  So happy we found out about this benefit all those years ago.
