Medallion app and entering your passport information...I am not seeing a place for a middle name

I am not seeing a location to enter my middle name.  Shouldn't this be a required field so that it matches the information on our passports? 

 

I have not tried entering my information on a computer.  Also be careful if you scan your passport as it uploaded some of my information incorrectly into the field with spelling inaccuracies.   I had to go back and edit my information.  Anyone else having these issues?

I entered my first name as my first and middle, ie John Quicy then last name Public.

It only needs to match the first and last names, so there is no need to enter a middle name.

We were able to use the online version, well except for this. Previous cruise, scanned one passport which first and middle name, the second passport, our new cruiser guest, won't allow the middle name. Thanks @caribill, but still have a callback out for Ocean navigator.  Don't want to get to Japan and be denied.
