HAL website

Is anyone else having problems with the HAL website or is it just me?  Can't sign in nor can i bring up up current booking using the Booking Number.

I was able to login just now with safari browser.

I was perpetually having similar problems using Chrome as my browser. For the fun of it, I tried using Edge, and it was perfect. Then it sometimes wouldn't work on Edge, but would on Chrome!!! So now I just switch back and forth.

My mom was able to log in last night, but it wouldn't show the cruise she has booked with me. When I logged in to my account on my computer, everything was fine. It is definitely not the most consistent website.

I had trouble last night, but could early am today.

I asked my TA about this, I always have trouble with their site.  I was told they are updating the system.  But I think that was just an easy answer to satisfy me.

I know a lot of shore excursions were added to many itineraries over the weekend.

It is so flakey, but it seems to resolve quickly... and then goes back to not working, so do what you need to do while you can!

The website has definitely been updated - many things look differently than just a few days ago. Interestingly, I only see the changes using the full site on computer; mobile version on phone looks the same.

I had no problem signing on and booking a cruise today.
