I just looked up Great Stirrup Cay and it looks like the only complimentary foods are tacos, so I'm assuming everything else is an

extra charge. Any info would be helpful! Thanks

There is a large complimentary buffet (with food brought over from the ship) - beach picnic foods.

The bar supplies and bartenders come from the ship also.  Your beverage package works on the island.

Wrong assumption. There is a picnic style buffet with numerous offerings and your beverage package works on the island.

All we saw were the tacos (which were only just okay). Where is this buffet everyone speaks of?

You have to walk about another 200 yards and you'll get to the buffet. Keep walking and you'll find a smaller buffet. Keep walking more and you'll find ceviche, chicken sandwiches, and pulled pork sandwiches. Yum!

I do agree with you about the tacos. They're crap in a shell. I didn't even finish one.
