NFL on MSC

I am afraid I already know the answer to this question, since MSC is an Italian/European cruise line, but what are the chances I will get to see any NFL games on my MSC cruises in September and October?

MSC (at least the Seaside and Seashore that I have experience with) has the best sports bar at sea, bar none.  You'll be fine.  They even have a massive, wall-sized screen that they put big games on.  Plenty of football, and the entire floor of the sports bar is decorated to look like a football field with yard markers.

Been on both ships, and they are good sports bars.  True about football to some degree, but there is a greater likelihood that they will be airing European football mainly.

On Meraviglia in June the NBA playoffs were shown in the TV Studio & Bar deck 7 Starboard across from Brass Anchor.

On Seaside now and in sports bar they have ESPN2 playing.  As well as tennis.  I expect it will switch to Braves baseball this evening as I think it is a Bally channel.  EM

This is good to know. I'm thinking of sailing on Meraviglia during Super Bowl. Wondering if they do anything special ? I've been on NCL during the big game. They showed the game in multiple venues with "game snacks" etc...

Should have mentioned that I am specifically on the Meraviglia out of NYC.

Yes, DH has been able to watch NFL football on MSC ships while in the Caribbean. If it's a BIG game (like "the Big Game") they will show on the big screen.

No preseason football on the seascape. Sister in law couldn't watch the jets choke and lose so she thought screaming at guest services would change the fact that you can't pick up NBC from new york city in the middle of the ocean....
