wildcat68 Posted August 24, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2023 I have a PV reserved for Dec. 12 Hawaiian cruise. My understanding is that Viking restocks the mini fridge daily including alcoholic beverages. Question: Is the alcohol restocking included with the room or is it charged to the onboard account? Additionally, can you ask for specific beverages? I hope this hasn’t been answered 25 times already

For instance, on the mini bottles of spirits, you can indicate just whisky & gin, for instance, & not rum or vodka. The beer is limited, I believe; but I have read here that some folks have asked for just a bottle of red or white wine in lieu of spirits. Others have reported the wine is then replenished when finished. The wine choices I believe are limited to the daily wine at lunch & dinner.

We got to choose which kind of red/white wine we wanted; Chardonnay, Cabernet, etc.,but not the actual brand name.
Dukefan Posted August 25, 2023 #7 Share Posted August 25, 2023 We always change the mini spirts bottles to all scotch, the beer to a bottle of Chardonnay, and the sodas to club soda with our steward first day.

To confirm, in lieu of liqueur you requested and received normal size (750ml) wine bottles. That would be great. Last cruise we ended up bringing home 50+ small bottles of vodka for our daughters. Still have most of it.
