The price depends on ship, itinerary, the phase of the moon, if it's raining or not, days that end in y, 30 or 31 days in the month....

 

Royal's individual drink prices are higher than Carnival's, too.

Heavy alcohol use is defined as:

For women, consuming four or more on any day or 8 or more drinks per week

Meh, those definitions are so unreasonable, almost everyone I know is classified a heavy alcohol user, yet I would consider none of us lushes or alcoholics - I've known my fair share of those.
