How long does it take Royal to REFUND the drinks package once you cancel?

I cancelled on the 11th Oct when it went cheaper for the Anthem T/A. BOTH payments have been taken out of my account but the cancellation has not yet been refunded.

Short term money market is paying right now. Call and check why they are taking so long.

I think our refund took 7-10 days to post on our credit card account.

Royals standard answer is 7 - 10 business days but recently they have been quicker than that

I cancelled my "Refreshment" package on 28 September due to price drop for Deluxe Drink Package on Anthem on that day.

The "Refreshment" package amount was credited back to my original card on 4 October.

So, 6 calendar days or 3 or 4 business days.

I’ve had it happen in little as one day and up to 30 days.

I cancelled my DBP on 10/14/23 and it showed up on my online banking this morning but was backdated to yesterday 10/17/23.

I heard they make you wait longer if you are still wearing a mask.

If you had cancelled the beverage package before cancelling the cruise you would have gotten your money faster.
