Celebrity is bringing back the Classic Section of menu--Hope for Royal

Oh I hope by the time we cruise on Freedom in August this is in place. I want my scallops au gratin. It's an appetizer that was in the same metal dish as the escargot and was so amazing I looked forward to it each cruise. However I can not get my self to eat snails...they're slugs in a shell lol. Just can't do it.

But they are nice enough to take them out of the shell for you !

I really miss this as well.  There was another scallop appetizer that had a couple scallops (that were a little larger) on a small plate.  That was good too.  I REALLY miss the lamb chops the most.

Scallops au gratin still around. Tomorrow night on Brilliance, taste of royal history night.

We sailed on the Harmony last month. In general the menu was ok but I see nights when they needed more choices.  It would not be difficult or that expensive if Royal followed the lead of celebrity and brought back the classic options of Salmon, grilled chicken and the Strip Steak on nights it is not on the menu.

We were also on Harmony last month , and I would say 5 of the 7 nights we found something appealing on the menu . That being said ,that is proof of why they need the classics . Everyone has certain tastes that will likely limit them on a 7 night cruise as to whether they are gonna find something EVERY night that they will truly enjoy .

The wife and I got off a 10 night Brilliance cruise. Although the menu was different each night, there were many times I did not care for any of the entrees. One night I resorted to ordering off the kids menu (great burger btw).  So I agree with the majority here, Royal please bring back the classics.  I can only do so many steaks. Oh and what is up with cheese cake one night only?
