No bookings found

In recent days when logging in I have learned to watch the url line to make sure the page is fully loaded then another few seconds for it to auto refresh.  If it doesn’t auto refresh try refreshing.  Not defending HAL’s worthless IT department just trying to help you gain access

I just logged in and it shows I have no bookings (leave for one a week from Friday). It also shows that I have no cruise history with them (4 star).

Updating the website needed to be done, hopefully they work out the bugs soon.

I have this issue if I sign into my Mariner account first (which currently shows no cruise history or bookings). Before signing into your account, try clicking on Manage My Cruise>Shore Excursions (under Build Your Experience) and sign in by booking number. I'm able to see my bookings that way.

Same here.  I am trying to check in!

That does work, and the Navigator App works which has all my cruise history.

I picked Manage My cruise and then submitted my booking number and it showed the booking I was looking for.  I also needed to finish checking in.

I just closed the window, typed in the website, clicked Manage My Cruise and still get 'no bookings found'.

You have to hover over the "Manage My Cruse and then click on Check In.

There were no booking numbers to choose from so I had to find mine and manually put in the booking number.  My cruise came up.

Hovered, clicked check-in, - no bookings found.

Manage my flights - no bookings found.  😞

You have to manually put in your booking number.

Thank you. So for check-in, which I have already done, that works.  For any other option, like short excursions of checking my flights, it simply goes to a white screen and dies.  🙂

I hope they get it fixed soon.

Frustrated I finally recalled an old trick which worked.  I scrolled to the very bottom of the page, clicked on site map and used the links on that page.  Those links worked at least for the task I was trying to complete.

I hope the HAL website gets fixed soon.

We found your account, but didn't see any related booking numbers. It can take up to 24 hours for a booked cruise to appear in your account.

Has to be an issue with the web site server.

Had same issue logging it to HAL's web site but logging into the navigator app shows all my bookings.
