When to purchase WiFi

Is it better to pre-purchase WiFi or to wait until onboard? Do they have deals once onboard?

Not in terms of the cost.  Buy when you prefer.  If done on board your OBC can cover the cost - to the extent you have OBC funds.

Unless they are running a special price pre boarding I never purchase anything before I board.
