And will you love yourself in the morning?

It was good but unlimited?  The red velvet premium desert did look good though I will get one of those. Looking over there from Good Spirits at 6 PM no line!

You really have a wide a delicious variety of drinks being made on this cruise!

I'm a little more Martini and Manhattan kind guy but my wife loves to try different things and the Take Five fancy gin and tonic cart makes her happy.

My first real complaint. One person working at Gelato and everyone is getting premium ice cream creations. Not good wait is silly long and 14 people behind me.

I think if they got rid of the ice cream creations and just made gelato included with premium, then they could avoid some of this wait.

When I was on the Discovery with Premier for a 7 day last October, they allowed unlimited Gelato, any flavors. I think this policy varies by ship. Earlier in August on Emerald, had Premier and it was NO to getting Gelato as part of Premier at the IC(International Cafe).

Absolutely! And also for the Plus package. Those "creations" look disgusting. Gelato would save dollars in supplies and labor.

Thank you for the lovely TR and the pictures. Have you been around the retreat pool at deck 17? Do you know whether it is heated or not, or any of the pools for that matter?

Haven't been in a pool yet but will today!

Yesterday was pretty much just what we like to do on sea days, nothing much.  We went to the Meet and Greet and met the Captain and then saw him again at Good Spirits.  It's funny, some cruises you never see the Captain and others he's all over the ship!  His wife is on the ship this cruise also. No luck with the slot pull for anyone!  I got a good walk on the track on Sky deck.  Took a nap, wandered, then eat, drink, repeat.  We almost went to Rock Opera but decided to listen to jazz at Take Five instead,

And as I type this the Captain is giving his update, we're 8 miles from Cabo and will be there on time at noon!  Not that this matters as we're not going ashore.  Cabo is too touristy if you ask me.  We'll hang out on deck at the Retreat pool for the afternoon.  We better get in a good walk to try and not gain 20 pounds.  Dinner tonight is at The Catch.

The UBB was great as usual this morning, we do it at least once per cruise.  And I now think this balcony is even bigger than the Grand class Caribe balconies.  This one, E111, appears to be about 3 to 4 times larger than the standard Royal class balconies.  This is the first time in years we've been forward on a ship, we always go for aft.  On Grand class ships our preferred cabin is C742 or C743 for a regular balcony.  It's larger than even a regular Caribe balcony.  We took a guarantee lowest priced balcony as we booked late and this was our assignment.  One thing that is different being forward is we miss walking forward on Promenade and seeing the activities in Vista and Explorers...err, Princess Live. Not a big deal.

More to come!
