Very good. The sushi here is always so fresh tasting and the sauces served with them are delicious. I would have loved a full roll though.

I miss when full rolls were included with the dining package.

I ended up just leaving without signing a check. Zero charge but I usually like to leave extra even though gratuity is charged when you purchase the package. Since you are not paying full rate, they are not getting the full gratuity. But I wasn't going to sit around forever, probably gave about 10 minutes and then moved on.

Service was just ok. Very friendly, and efficient. But I had to ask for a drink and no refill was offered. She seemed overwhelmed, maybe the only server in the restaurant, if there was another I did not see them. Very friendly though.

The food is not a great bargain and I had debated doing this or chops twice for dinner. In the end I chose Chops but I think if I hadn't I would have switched anyway. It's not included on D+ Bogo, so really my only option is on the dining plan or paying a la carte, and the prices are just too steep for what you get so sadly I don't think I will be dining here much going forward, which is a shame because the food is really good here.

I skipped Playmakers for now because the portions are the other extreme and it is nice not being in a food coma for once, but I did leave not really satisfied for the first time this trip. I will probably stop in to Playmakers before they close for a late night snack.

It's 3:07 and I'm back in the room. Does not bode well for an outing in Nassau, but when the casino is feeling generous, you don't leave. Great night and I still have a long way to go, but I am up almost $500 tonight. Please oh please let me live on house money for the week!

Mobile bar has not made an appearance, but it's here. I used it to store two drinks. That's all I needed with Royal's generous perks for casino players and Diamond+ members. I've seen Carnival cheerleaders call the royal perks "bribes". Well bribe away, I'm here for it!! I'd say their shareholders are happy too.

I had two free vouchers to redeem, it's use it or lose it. I wanted some power aides or vitamin waters to take home. None in stock, so I ordered some prosecco to refill the mobile bar. My simple $1 tip was enough to earn me an extra glass, so three glasses in the mobile bar for tomorrow. Needed a water at the casino, so ordered another along with another glass. Got four in the mobile bar now, only holds five so I'm pretty well stocked already for tomorrow, and the vouchers will reset at 5am. Five more freebies. Awesome!

Took a stroll, still one hot tub open at 3AM. I can see land, I assume Nassau.

Now I'm back in the room, gonna check out the free on demand movies, lots of choices as well as some for a nominal charge of $1.99. I'll find something good for free though and then turn in. Great first day on Oasis!!

See you tomorrow from Nassau, at some point 😅

Hi. Following along and love it. Can you please explain what a "mobile bar" is?  Do you get to bank your drink vouchers?  thx

Just what I call my water bottle.

I use it to store prosecco when I need a drink. Mainly use it on Carnival so I am not carrying around a bottle with me everywhere I go.

I don't bank my vouchers typically but I also get free casino drinks. It still comes in handy during shows when there is no bar service. I try to use my left over vouchers on power aides.

Thanks for following along 😀

Struck out at schooner. Figured I would. I wish people there to sit and visit friends could do that somewhere else.

Tried silent disco, no headsets left.

Passed the pub, I can't believe it one spot open so I settled in.

Seats in there were terribly uncomfortable. Few comfy looking ones opened up but I wanted to try and catch the Elton John set.

Can't believe it, one seat and right up front. Sometimes being solo has its benefits.

That drink is dangerous. So good. New favorite for me for sure. I only had one voucher left, so was only going to get ine more anyway but while waiting on the next set to start, that first one kicked in and I'm definitely feeling it.

It's cleared out, maybe too much. Need some kind of crowd for the vibe. I'm here for one more drink at least.

I had a drink at a restaurant here in SC called “Nutty by Nature” and it had Sheepdog Peanutbutter whiskey, Bulliet Rye and Amaro Montenegro. Garnished with a mini Reese cup. So good! Now I need to try this Peanutbutter Tropic at home👍😁

I've been really intrigued by it since I saw it on the new schooner bar menus. Not a big whisky fan so wasn't sure but it's really good 👌

Just don't want to ruin a good thing, peanut butter is one of those things that taste the same in reverse 😬. Very smooth going down, has the potential for danger when you're a lightweight like me.

I love peanutbutter and had to try PB&j wings at a local restaurant here. Very tasty! I feel the same about whiskey/bourbon. Yummy but potentially lethal 😮

Not a big wing fan but that sounds interesting enough I might have to give it a try.

I'd love to go for another ser at schooner but  my favorite royal activity is tomorrow so I want to be able to stay awake for it. Truthfully, the way I  felt this morning, I wasn't going to drink tonight but one drink led to another and here I am out later than I'd planned. Oops.

Casino was technically a loss today.  But it was a small loss and I was able to play for a long time on recycled money. That's always a win in my book. I'm still slightly ahead for the cruise but just barely.

Tomorrow is Labadee and I've got a nature trail to seek out so I'm gonna go ahead and turn in for the night.

Good night everyone.

Let's try one more time before I lay down.

You’re a real glutton for punishment in that casino!

I learned a long time ago that I never win anything and I get really bored really fast when I don’t win anything. That is enough to convince me to stay out of the casino! I figure I’m way ahead because I still have all of the money I didn’t lose. 😂

The down side of my staying out of the casino is that I’m never going to get an offer for a free casino cruise. 😕

Interesting that they put it in the app, they have had to turn some people away who didn't realize it is a loyalty benefit.

Apperently the afternoon time is because the celiac group had the theater booked this morning. Lots of grumbling about the time change. Goodness, this must be really exciting to see if you have been enough times that you are committed to going at the same time each cruise.

Change is hard.

Those people who got turned away were giving me the same look I gave the lady who summoned a priority elevator this morning while the commoners were stuck waiting forever.

Starting a few minutes late due to a technical difficulty.

Good gracious,  what is a priority elevator? How many passenger elevators altogether on your giant ship?
