Booking excusions

If you book an excursion before you sail previously you could pay with your OBC but I can't work out how to do it now. Can anyone help please. Also what happens ref your 10% Elite discount, you get it back as OBC once onboard do you?

When I get to the payment part of the booking process I'm asked if I wish to use our obc. I booked several this week.

Cannot speak to the elite discount, but @1965 states it as it is in regards to how you use OBC at checkout.

On our January 2024 cruise on the Crown, we got the Elite discount back on our OBC during the cruise.   Said shore excursion discount.   We had used the shareholders OBC to book a tour prior to embarkation.

We got the 10% Elite discount posted to our onboard account as refundable OBC on our cruise that just ended, probably because we also used $$$ and refundable OBC along with nonrefundable OBC to pre-book our excursions.

Whether or not you can use OBC, is dependent on the type of OBC.  If it won't let you, then you have the type that is truly On Board.
