Still no refund for cancelled excursion.

Cancelled an excursion a couple of weeks before our cruise (sailed 3rd Feb), still no refund, have emailed post cruise support twice now but with no response.

 

MSC's poor customer service strikes again.

I had a cancelled excursion (due to weather) take 5 months for a refund. 😔

 

It was refunded in the form of a check that was mailed to me (not returned to the original form of payment) but I did eventually get every penny back to me.

My BEST refund for a down payment was 11 days but the "norm" for me has been about 30 days.

We had 3 ports cancelled on our last cruise, our excursion refunds were received within 3 /4 weeks, back to our credit card. Some of our fellow passengers received theirs in 6/7 weeks. It is very much dependent on the billing cycle.

I'll give them another week or so, then might have to raise a dispute with credit card if no joy.

MSC refund policy is inconsistent but I did get my money back -- eventually (3 months).

I am still waiting on a refund requested on Jan 25 for a cruise that MSC cancelled from Dubai to Rome. They said it would take 30-60 days to process.

I've finally had a response from them, they said it is being looked at but can take up to 60 days from disembarkation date.
