I won $500 JP Bingo at the Disembarcation Meeting on my first cruise broke even in the Casino, next two cruises got ahead $8-900, last cruise down $350. I budget $100 a day for the Casino. If I am going up, I keep playing until I'm $300-400 up then stop. If down, at $100 down I stop, wait another day. I have done better on cruises than Vegas, Atlantic City or the Florida Indian Tribes.

I win at poker every cruise I go on (that has poker) last one was the voyager of the seas feb 07 Won a total of $850 which paid for scuba diving and other excursions as well as most of my sea pass account. Every other night of the cruise from 10-1 ish, I'm at the poker table.:D

Several years ago my mom won the JP bingo sitting beside me (clearly i picked the wrong card from her) but it was over 13000US.. and we're from canada so that was even more money to us at the time. We even had one of their security guys to escort us to their bank room and we got to count the 100 bills, it was crazy I was 14 at the time holding thousands of $$, good times.

 

Heres hoping that I win enough $$ to pay off university tutition, I leave on Sunday YAY!:D

I took a cruise for Spring Break last March on NCL Sun, won the raffle in BINGO for a free cruise. Totally freaky. The certificate was worth $1000 for an inside cabin on another cruise to the Caribbean. I booked it and now I am on my free cruise for Thanksgiving. YEAH

I won a Cruise on the Norwegian after playing bingo. When you bought into bingo, you received several raffle tickets. The staff told us the tickets would be drawn the next morning for a cruise and you had to be present to win. Well, this meant you had to be up a little early the next morning and the DH was complaining. He stated that he didnt see why we had to go down there to see them pull the ticket cause we werent going to win anyways. "Do you realize how many people are going to be there" he stated. Well, we went anyways. While sitting in the lounge near the window waiting on them to call the number, he fell asleep. The staff drew the ticket and called the number, to my avail, it was MINE!!! OMG I won a cruise!! I started nudging DH to wake up and telling him we won a cruise. He looked and me and told me to stop playing. He then went back to his nap. I got up and went to the stage and collected my cruise certificate. While there, the woman sitting next to DH, nudged him and woke him up. "I think your wife really won a cruise, shes on stage" she stated. His response, "I hope she won or else she embarassed both of us". :eek:

In October 2008 I was on the Carnival Elation and was walking through the casino and decided to play. Put $20 into a dollar machine and played the MAX ($3) and won $900.

 

And in September 2008 I was a group leader. One of the ladies from my group played BINGO on the last day of our 10-day cruise and won the big jackpot. (and she had never played bingo before either on land or at sea - I guess that is called beginners luck!)

$1600 on a dollar slot machine (2 coin). It was the last night on a Baltic cruise on Crown Princess just before the casnio closed and I wanted to get rid of some extra one dollar bills. Third pull I hit the triple double jackpot- top prize on that machine!

 

Serveral months later, we were in Aruba on my wife's birthday, walked into a casino and put $2 in the exact same machine as above and won $300!

My wife and I went on the Star Princess a 24 day South America cruise last year. My wife won two jackpots one the first week and one on the yery last night. The first was about $5,500 and the next was around $4,300. We are also getting promos from Princess because of the Casino play. She brought most of the winnings home and did not spend more than $300 to win... Hope it will happen again.

I won $5K on the last day of our Alaska cruise. Went to the casino to get change for tips and stopped at an empty Let it Ride table and 3 hands later hit a straight flush for $5K. I took the chips back to the cabin and dumped them on the bed, much to my wife's amazement. Needless to say, that paid for the cruise. Nice way to end a vacation.

On my last Celebrity cruise, I won the ships passenger drawing. It was AWESOME, outta thousands of people, they caled out my name, I could not believe it!! I had never won anything in my life! So I won...cash, gorgeous diamond necklace, Celebritry logo items....LOTS of them, drinks, free shore excursions, and on and on, I came home woth ALOT of stuff and one BIG happy memory...;)
