No extra fees. What you see is what you pay.

Call the hotel if no word from Valuetrips.com. Some have found they were booked when they called for a confirmation number direct.

I would advise to call for that direct hotel cofirmation number whenever booking off the hotel sites, not just for valuetrips.

Woohoo! Confirmations received.

Eventhough the dates for the entire year have been publicized, they don't take reservations for July 2017 yet.

So for those dates I have to wait a little longer. But February is booked and confirmed. Great savings!

Just got my confirmation for March last night. This will be the second time we've used Value Trips for a reservation at the Hyatt...great property.

Does the Hyatt provide a shuttle to the port or do you have to take a taxi?

So... if I am reading the threads correctly, the price of $219 is just that? No resort taxes or meals and room tax? My credit card will only be billed for $219?

How does Valutrips work if you are a party of 4, do they add an extra fee?

There will be an additional 11% tax added to the $219 price. I have stayed there several times and am staying in April again.

I don't think there is an additional charge for 4 people but am not positive. Call the hotel and ask them.

There is a charge of 10.00 for each extra person. :)

They have a shuttle I believe it is 7.00 per person. You need to sign up for it. We always have them call us a taxi. :)

If you fly in early and your room is not ready they have room they will put your luggage in and you can go to the pool or anywhere else.:)

You do provide a credit card to hold the reservation but you aren't charged until you checkout, so no charge to your credit card until then. Also note the cancellation policy timeframe...a "no show" and the credit card you provided will be charged for one night I believe.
