I personally use usaa - but there are many companies that allow you to compare different plans.

It depends on what kind of coverage you're looking for. Cheap may not necessarily cover your needs adequately.

Alianz is a very good travel insurance. You don't know how good they are until you need them. I've had to use them twice and they paid quickly and with no hassle, other than required documentation for the claim.

Go to insure my trip dot com or Travel guard. We've used Travel Guard now for all of our cruises. Never had to use it, but we get the Golden plan - cancel for any reason. You must purchase the insurance within so many days of booking.

Good gives you the protection you want or desire

Cheap has minimal coverage and/or doesn't cover what you needed it for.

Then again, you want cheap,,,, self insure.

There is Great Insurance and Less Expensive Insurance but I think it really depends on why you want insurance... evacuation based, health, cancellation, family member dies and you cannot go, missed flight... the list goes on and on...

Check out there site and then call and talk with Steve or one of his co-workers and they can guide you into the right policy.

For me... I have MedJet purchased through TripInsuranceStore and then I have a policy that gives appropriate medical coverage, evacuation coverage continued care after I get home coverage... and should something happen to my mother and I cannot go coverage...

So check it out, talk to them and see what ends up being the best coverage for you at the least expensive price...

Be careful.

It's nice when you don't pay much but you want the insurance to be effective if you need it and if it's not thats a problem.
