WOWband now free?

Just printed off the set sail passes for my upcoming Anthem cruise and noted it says;

Alternatively, a WOWband will also be available inside your stateroom

Suggests to me that they are now free and ready and waiting like they used to be on Quantum, anyone been on anthem recently and able to comment?

Weird. When I was on a couple weeks ago, they were definitely selling them. HUGE line. I can't imagine them giving up that kind of income.

Well if they want to try and sell me one I'll just produce the set sail pass with its terminology, they'll have a good time arguing with that [emoji23]

Thw WOW band is around $5.

You wear it around your wrist. RFID chip inside is supposed to replace your SeaPass card.

WOW bands are a silicone bracelet that replaces your sea pass card on Oasis, Allure, Anthem, Quantum and Harmony. They cost $4.95 if you are in anything less than a suite. They are reusable.

Yes, though I would think the pre-printed muster station would likely be wrong for subsequent cruises.

Where exactly does it say that? I am on 8/11 anthem and don't see that on my set sail pass.

I thought I read on here that you turn in the old one and they give you a new one because of that.

Yes, we used our free Quantum bands on our recent cruise on Anthem.

Why are you even going there - you know there's a fee with the Wow band and you are going to argue with someone at GS over the wording on your paperwork?:rolleyes:

Both modalities are correct.

They will reprogram or they will give you a new one.

Both happened to me on my B2B on the Anthem earlier this year.
