New CAS offer - No Admin Fes

New emailed comp for January - May 31. No admin fee (They call it booking fees). I guess they see other lines not charging them and are jumping on the bandwagon.

Lets hope they make it permanent.

I also received this e-mail. It should make a big difference in the overall cost of the cruise.

I just booked my first NCL cruise today and was charged $220 in Admin fees. I had to book this offer by December, so I guess I am stuck.

I didn't get the email, possibly because I have 3 cruises booked with them already for March, June and September with the last one booked over a week ago. My agent did say I would probably get some emails from CAS soon, but I haven't seen anything yet.

I like hearing this news....hope I get an email for a period beyond next summer.

I booked a cruise for May 2017 and had to pay the 200 per person admin fees. Do you think they will honor their new policy and adjust my booking?

The sailing dates covered are Jan 1 to May 31. A cancel and rebook would count as a new booking. As long as you are outside of final payment.

Cruise was for May 23rd. But this offer was only for certain customers and I didn't receive the offer.

Does anyone have a copy of the offer?

I just got mine but only for cruises until March

My offer says that it has to be booked by 12/2/16 for sailings from 1/1/17 - 5/31/17.

I called yesterday to try get my March cruise adjusted. I was told that I did not qualify as I have mini-suites and above comped normally. I was told that the inside comp room comps get the offer. Also only 7 night cruises. It seems funny that the lower comps would get the offer and not the bigger comped players.

PLEASE do tell who we should talk to? As I have NOT been overwhelmed with our current CAS agent.....despite being Elite for some time now....

And I have also tried to do a "search" for agents at CAS that seem to be more user friendly.....as I know there have been posts in the past....but have not been able to find them.

Despite racking up 50,000 points for me and around 40,000 for DH....the deals have NOT been good lately.....any input would be greatly appreciated as I am seriously thinking of jumping ship! Pun INTENDED! And have been one of those singing CAS praises for YEARS now......Love the line....just am not feeling the "love" these days.
