ms Eurodam and ms Nieuw Amsterdam in Juneau August 7, 2017

It has been a beautiful weekend in Juneau and the five day forecast is calling for some sun and very low chances of rain!:)

Eurodam (AS dock) and Nieuw Amsterdam (CT dock) will be making their usual Monday appearance in Juneau from 1300-2200.

Also in port are Ruby Princess (FKL dock) from 1100-2215 and Solstice (AJ dock) from 1330-2200.

With only a 20% chance of rain, it is supposed to be cloudy early and then partly cloudy for the remainder of the day. High will be 68F/20C and the low 52F/11C. Sunrise is at 5:00 am and sunset at 9:04 pm.

Hey Kathi, been over to the Denali page? Clove had her puppies on Fri Aug 4. They didn't say how many she had - just that she and the pups were healthy. From the picture it looks like at least 3 or 4 showing - I guess we'll have to wait for the count.

And the sisters tomorrow in port and hopefully, no rain!!

A lot of our RSVP friends are on the Eurodam. I wish we were too. Glad that they will get web cam prime coverage.

I think it was 2-3 weeks before the puppy cam was opened last year. The puppies have to be big enough to start exploring outside of their doghouse.

St. Peter/NADM rendezvous was very early today, about 9AM local time, and NADM is still well ahead of Eurodam, near the southern end of the Admiralty Island peninsula.

You can still track both; NADM is northbound Stephens Passage, approaching Holkham Bay at 15.8 kts; EUDM is behind her at 20.3 kts off Point Hugh at the southern-most tip of the Glass Peninsula
