San Juan touring question

Never did Bacardi, due to all negative comments about it.

But its very easy to walk to forts and through streets of Old San Juan.

Do not pay for any walking excursion tour or transportation to either fort.

Take your map and enjoy the day walking through the streets to go to forts.:)

El Morro and San Cristobal are in Old San Juan. print or pick up a map and enjoy. It's a fairly small area and easily walkable. My daughter and I walked around from 11-5 roughly and saw quite a bit. Check out puertoricodaytrips.com for some walking tour ideas. There are 4 separate links.

On Oasis of the Seas, arrives in Port at 0700 and leaves at 1500. I'd love to see both Old San Juan & El Morro, but at the same time seeing the Bacardi Factory would also be neat. Would I be able to fit all that in. Or probably I would have to choose and pick one?

Have to agree with the general consensus. Skip the distillery.

If you are taking your phone, you can probably use its gps app. Check data rates before you go. Google maps lets one download a map segment for use offline.

The sail in (and out for that matter) is well worth the effort to see.
