    It depends. The OBC that I get from my TA is a combination of refundable and non refundable.

    I am very surprised to hear that your OBC won’t roll over. I have a B2B this fall on Quest with one booking number and it was made very clear that all of the (considerable) OBC would roll over. I would have them check again.
