    I haven't bought anything extra for my day in CC. So it will "free" to me. Although not really free as I paid for the cruise.

    I LOVE towel animals, but I would not pay for them. I'm not taking them home.

    It's actually a ship. I would probably walk 10-year-old back and forth to Adventure Ocean.

    This is a shame. I did a Panama Canal cruise several years ago and I would have been upset if they had changed it. The ABC islands are nice, but not a sub for the Panama Canal. It would have been nice is RC had stated the reason for the change in itinerary--Canal fees are excessive, we can't get clearance, etc.

    Yes, I read what you posted. I was thinking that if it was your cc on her sea pass, you could take away her ability to purchase items and then she couldn't purchase drinks.

    Then you can't limit charges. I guess at the end of the day, you just have to trust them and if there are consequences, they'll have to deal with them.

    As long as he's not flaunting it or overserved, I don't think it will be a problem.

    We're not talking officially. I guess she could buy two drinks at one time, right? It's not a one pp situation, is it? I don't buy alcoholic drinks so don't know the deal.

    Do President's Cruises cost more? Does everyone get swag or just those registered via the PC? Not that I want to go on one. Seems like it might be a bit high stress or something.

    I am thinking about this now. I cruise with my minor daughter and have never had anyone ask about another parent (there isn't one) or request a letter.

    I do believe you need a letter from other parent allowing the travel. I would definitely have that.

    Will the ship provide maps?

    Do we know if RC told it's employees to do this of if it was an employee decision or a manager? I would question at the moment. Speak to manager, head of F&B. Until we have more info, I can't think it is a RC decision. Sometimes employees do make decisions without consulting management.
