  2. Reviews are getting better. Shows are starting up. You should have a much better experience then the first two sailings. Not sure about dining but I know two couples who booked the Butcher’s Block for October cruise. Keep checking for reservations.
  3. I know 2 couples who booked Butcher’s Block for October cruises on SUN. Their credit cards were charged.

  6. You won’t. There are many very inexperienced people answering Princess phones now. You May be stopped from even embarking. Does not matter whether you stay on ship at ports. Get the new passport now.
  7. Same here. I saw it on my dining options last night. Did not book, as I am possibly cancelling that booking. it is gone today.

  12. Yes, my cruise was Vancouver to Honolulu. No AC. After, Honolulu to Australia the reports were the same.
  13. Thanks for sharing. re: temperature- same issues on Royal in September. Finally told me they turned off ac at that time of year. Only had it in some public areas.

  17. It has been going on for ages. They just say your cabin is gone. it is wrong. They do it anyway. I got nowhere with them trying to get my cabin back. They said I got an upgrade. End of story.
  18. There is a drop off near the terminal door if you take a taxi. Porter takes your luggage at the taxi door. There is a lot of walking & also elevators to get through check in and on to the ship. If you have your own walker or wheelchair chair take it. I did not see wheelchair assistance until we got into the room where we checked in, on 2 cruises there. liked the Westin Bayshore, cheaper then Fairmont & others near there.

  21. We did this. BUT only the person who activated the OceanNow would be ordering or order by their name & device.

Without a package, you can pay a one time fee of $14.99 to activate the OceanNow app, with your first room service order by app. Do not order by phone if you don’t want to pay $5 for each order. Door breakfast card does not incur a fee. oceanNow app can also include delivery to you in other places around ship.
