  1. That is way over where it's not dredged deep enough for a cruise ship to even be. There's no way they hit those. They'd hit bottom first. As I said above, google Falmouth, zoom in and do satellite view.
  2. We've been to Jamaica several times. There is no small private dock near the pier as that is a cruise port only so smaller ships/boats do not dock there. It was probably one of the mooring points as they were already backing in. Just google, zoom in and do satellite view. There is no small dock there, but there are a couple of mooring points at the end of the point.
  3. Our cookies are usually hard chocolate chip and sugar or oatmeal. We prefer Ranger cookies so DH goes and gets a plate of them for us to keep in the room.
  4. Just make sure when you call to change that you do it for both of you, or at least whoever is listed as primary. LA on EN told us the reason ours hadn't worked for our 340 gift was that I had called in with my number and DH is the primary so I should have used his. So, even though we're linked, for everything else, it didn't change his preferences and the rep didn't say a word. When they look at preferences, they go with what the primary person has listed. LA was going to be on a telecon with Miami a few days after we were onboard and talk about it with corporate. Doing it ourselves was so easy and no one has ever said why they changed it.
  5. They don't push the bag of laundry. On HOTS we had to ask for the bag and order form. On EN they were in our closet. The form for the free bag is different than the regular form. We just put it out whenever we want as long as it's at least 2-3 days before the end of the cruise. It usually takes about a day and a half to get the laundry back. We were on b2b's on both trips so we needed it especially since we were on EN for 20 nights. We get wine for our D+ and over 340 pt gifts. I've heard of issues with some of the other gifts. We have 4 towels and a couple of other items that have been given to us by our TA and we don't need any of the other gifts so wine it is. What we do appreciate is the 6 bottles of water we get on boarding day.
  6. The question was whether Canadians can order them.
  7. I thought that was for dinner. But, we never eat there more than once for lunch. We don't go for dinner anymore to Chops. I book lunch online and use our Royal Stock OBC to pay for it.
  8. I think people would be surprised if they tested everyone for other viruses such as the flu, there would be positive cases on most every ship. I ended up with a sinus infection on our EN cruise in April. Viruses are always around. Colds, flu, noro, covid. They will always be around. We haven't worn masks except at Dr's offices for well over a year and always only where required. We've never tested positive but we also don't go running to get tested with every sniffle. Our internist thinks testing is way overdone and she's not the only Dr who thinks so. My BIL and our DS and DDIL have all had covid in the last couple of weeks. Mild cold symptoms, two with low grade temps, one with no temp. Plus we know several other people who have had it all with the same minor symptoms.
  9. We usually eat lunch at a specialty restaurant (whichever one is open for lunch on boarding day) and use our first voucher for a glass of wine lunch. Well, I do. DH drinks water lol.
  10. She'll be fine. It's valid for the time period of the cruise.
  11. So, Royal counts it differently than Bermuda. That's not confusing for cruisers lol.
  12. We're back on EN on July 22 so we'll ask then if we haven't seen it. We have four so far- Anthem, Allure, Oasis and Harmony. I've wanted one from Vision class as we've been on GR 7 times and now EN 3, and Vision once. After clearing out my in-laws place first for their move to senior living and then the apt after they both passed, I do wonder though why I'm collecting them. It's just more stuff lol.
  13. How long after your cruise did you receive it? It appears their supplies are improving as more and more people are reporting getting them on the ship.
  14. Anyone who had to fill out a form to have their block sent to their home, how long did it take to get it? We were on EN Apr 2 and14 for b2b. We could have ordered one for each leg but only ordered for the first leg. We still haven't received it so I'm curious how long it's been taking. All of our previous blocks have been delivered to our cabin so this is the first one we've had to wait for.
  15. Whenever I wear a flip flop the piece between my toes makes my arch cramp also. I just don't wear them at all. I've tried on several different brands.
  16. I've heard that from other podiatrists and orthopedists. Flip flops, especially flat ones aren't very good for your feet. I have a high arch and instep so I have to either wear shoes with arch supports or go barefoot. If I try to wear flip flops or totally flat shoes with no support, I get a cramp in my foot/arch. I wear Merrell or Skecher sandals or really good athletic shoes on cruises. I have nice leather sandals that I wear on formal nights. I also have a pair of ballerina type slippers that have arch supports in them.
  17. I wasn't trying to prove anything. I just posted the link that shows the dress code.
  18. See my post above. I'm just the messenger. Honestly, I'm past the point of caring.
  19. This is what is actually on the website. It says shorts are welcome for breakfast and lunch. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/generic-onboard-dress-code
  20. Was the line forming before clearance was given and announced? Our experience is some people ignore what they are told and they crowd the exit deck before doors are open. You aren't supposed to be down on the deck waiting. If they were, they caused their own problem. We disembarked in PC on EN in April(and have on other cruises in the past) with no issues. The only issue was they had to keep announcing that people needed to quit crowding the disembarkation area and wait until they were allowed off.
  21. I'm pretty sure nowhere requires a second booster. First booster has been encouraged for a while. We also have had the first booster, but are waiting for the second. We see no real benefit from the data that is out there.
